JPLM was established on 1st September 1998 on Hanna's Avenue, near Blakes Cross, Lusk, Co. Dublin. It occupied a tiny premises in a corner of the yard. From the beginning it was the unshakable conviction of John that customer service, of the type which was previously the norm in Ireland, was sadly missing in most of the competitors. Coupled with a belief that only a quality product would satisfy the customer's need for reliable tools & equipment, the decision was made. Quality would never be sacrificed in favour of cost.

With an unrivaled customer service and product range the business expanded rapidly and could not be contained in the original building. In june of 2004 we moved to our present home, in a much larger premises at the same address. In 2009 we opened our second premises in Malahide and in September 2012 we expanded our business and product range further when we launched MalahideCycles. We now employ six staff and intend to continue with the proven formula of combining exceptional customer service with premium brands such as Stihl - Tanaka - Toro - Snapper - Murray - Rover - Bosch - Makita - Hitachi - Milwaukee etc. Whether you wish to hire, buy, or have repaired, any of these leading brands you can do so with confidence at JPLM.
